All products sold by Moonlight Tumbler are handmade and may contain slight variations in color, glitter placement, decal placement, and overall appearance. These variations are normal and make each item unique.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of their products. Moonlight Tumbler is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photos, graphics, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Moonlight Tumbler and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Any copyrighted characters, trademarks, or logos requested by customers remain the property of their respective owners. Customers are paying for the customization service and materials used to create the item.

Limitation of Liability

Moonlight Tumbler shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product purchased from our website.

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Moonlight Tumbler is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged packages, weather-related delays, or delivery errors made by USPS, UPS, or any third-party shipping carrier.

Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, customers agree to contact Moonlight Tumbler first to resolve any concerns before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Moonlight Tumbler does not allow chargebacks for orders that have been fulfilled, shipped, delivered, or otherwise completed in accordance with the order terms. Customers must contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.

Fraudulent, unauthorized, or unjustified chargebacks may be contested with supporting evidence, including order details, communication records, tracking information, and proof of delivery.
