Products

All Moonlight Tumbler products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, design, placement, and appearance. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details when placing an order. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment is required in full before any order will be started. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on order volume and product type. Estimated processing times are provided on the website and begin after payment is received. Shipping times are separate from processing times.

Moonlight Tumbler is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Moonlight Tumbler directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be disputed with supporting order and delivery documentation.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Moonlight Tumbler and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Moonlight Tumbler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
