At Moonlight Tumbler, all items are handmade and custom-created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
